By the sound of the post-race interviews with trainer and jockey the style of Unowhatimeanharry’s win in the Long Distance Hurdle at Newbury last time out came as something of a surprise to both of them. It should be noted that he beat one of last season's novices Ballyoptic into second spot so the Long Walk Hurdle will still be a step up on anything he has achieved thus far.
