Providing this listed contest goes to plan it looks very likely that Buveur D’air will be re-routed to the Champion Hurdle from his novice chase career. Given the doubts about some of the favourites in the hurdle race I think it is a smart move; especially as he has appeared to be very low over many of his fences in his two chases to date.
