Call Me Lord 1st February 2020 – Sandown – Maybe he has been disadvantaged by the slow early pace in each of his latest two races. Last time out he got away with it at Cheltenham whereas here he did not have the pace needed to succeed off this slow early gallop. The winner was about 20 lengths quicker compared with the winner of the juvenile from the second last to the line and this may be all there is to this ultimately comprehensive defeat.
