Imperial Aura 10th March 2020 – Cheltenham – This was an excellent waiting in front ride from well before the second last fence until after the last. It must have been tempting for David Bass to kick from soon after the third last fence. However he preserved his horse’s energies at the same time as the runner up was forced to make up many lengths to close before the turn for home.
