Here is an exert from my diary notes covering the Welsh Champion Hurdle from Ffos Las on Saturday 21st October. The New One 21st October 2017 – Ffos Las – This was a typical performance by this nine year old. He is wonderfully reliable when bullying less talented horses in small field races. His success here was almost a carbon copy of his win over the same rival at Haydock last season.
