Apple’s Shakira 16th December 2017 – Cheltenham – She was more keen here than on her debut. Her trainer said that her first run had woken her up at home. BG waited for the runner up at the last hurdle before surging clear with any amount to spare. This was all part of her education and she is probably comfortably the best juvenile we have seen in Britain this season.
